Symptoms

After a rolling upgrade to the 19.17 DBRU, transactions running Spatial DML (insert, update, or delete) on tables with Spatial indexes encounter ORA-13199 Spatial Index Commit Failure.

Changes

The problem occurs on a rolling upgrade of a pre-19.17 database to the 19.17 DBRU.
