Symptoms

Adding SCHEMATRANDATA gave below error 

Connected to PDB using DBLOGIN
GGSCI> ADD SCHEMATRANDATA <PDB>.<Owner>
Error: A catalog name <PDB> is specified in an environment where database does not support a catalog.
