Symptoms
Distributed Materialized View FAST refresh is failing after upgrading Mview site to 19c.
MV FAST refresh was working fine when both sites(Mview & Source) are 12c.
The issue has been started after Mview site upgrade to 19c.
Changes
Mview Site has been upgraded to 19c in this case
