Symptoms

gg.handler.filewriter.format.nullValueRepresentation=CDATA[" "] not working

Customer wants to use CDATA with JSON file format. In their generated JSON messages, they don't want null for null values. They want
null values represented as "" or " ".

For example: ZIP_CODE: " " or “ZIP_CODE: ""
