Restarting Capture Due To ORA-26850 In Combined Capture and Apply Using xStream (Doc ID 2915157.1)

Symptoms

When using xStream outbound server application, Oracle RDBMS alert log shows restarting capture due to ORA-26850 messages eventually:

CP01: Restarting Capture [capture name] due to ORA-26850 in combined capture and apply

 

The ORA-26850 says:

 

26850, 00000, "Changes to queue subscribers were detected by %s capture process."
// *Cause: The subscribers for capture queue might have changed.
// *Action: Capture process will restart automatically.

 

Changes

 Using Oracle xStream Outbound Server application.
