Symptoms

Oracle 19c Client/database Installation fails  with error :

INFO: Exception occured during spawning :Cannot run program "/usr/bin/make": error=13, Permission denied
INFO: Spawning the modified command :/usr/bin/make -f /u01/app/oracle/19c/network/lib/ins_net_client.mk mkldflags ntcontab.o nnfgt.o ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/oracle/19c
