Symptoms

Following Document 2341905.1  to change character set WE8ISO8859P1 to AL32UTF8 for 19c DB.

getting below error while running dmucls.sh command.

$ ./dmucls.sh CONNECT_TO=XXXX operation=INSTALL_MIGRATION_REPO REPO_TABLESPACE=SYSAUX
