Symptoms
When using Transaction-duration Global Temporary Tables (T-GTTs) in autonomous transactions, a defect exists in the Oracle code where after a block from a T-GTT is reused, and the transaction is subsequently rolled back, incorrect undo can be applied to the block. This can result in a wide variety of symptoms / block corruptions, including but not limited to:
