Aborted Connections via MyRouter are not Completely Closed on the Client (Doc ID 2917287.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When connecting via MySQL Router there are many connections that show an aborted status, but are not closing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Connections should be closed completely when the session is closed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install MySQL Server and Router version 8.0.29
2. Make multiple connections to the MySQL Server via the Router
3. Check the tcp connections on both the Server side and client side.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot guarantee connections are closed on both ends.
