DGM-17017 ORA-16610 Node 2 not showing in DGMGRL configuration

Symptoms
In broker(DGMGRL), one of the standby node was not showing as a part of configuration.
While checking show database command for STBY_DBUNIQUENAME it is taking long time and finally it is completing with error ORA-16766: Redo Apply is stopped.
From DGMGRL show configuration is failing with below error :
Configuration Status:
ORA-16610: command "EDIT INSTANCE SYBY_INSTANCE1 ON DATABASE STBY_DBUNQNAME SET PROPERTY HostName = XX.XX.XX.XX" in progress
DGM-17017: unable to determine configuration status
