Custom logging utility not working with OGG BD v19

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer is using a customer logging utility (https://logback.qos.ch/) to write the log file to
different folder and rolls over at end of each day and end of transaction.
With OGGBD 12c , this custom utility is working fine
With OGGBD 19c this custom utility is not logging messages as expected
Customer is relying on this logging to validate the messages sent to kafka,
as they do not have access to target, this logging serves as a validation
point of messages sent by OGG adapter
