We see the below message in application log

[TimesTen][TimesTen 22.1.1.4.0 ODBC Driver][TimesTen]TT6002: Lock request denied because of deadlock
Details: Trans 8.159948 (pid 5169) (Requesting SQL(CREATE INDEX
W_HIERARCHY_D_DSH_I254

Changes

 After upgrading from TimesTen 11.2.2.8.0 to  22.1.1.4.0
