ORA-00600 [4080] Errors When Inserting Data Via Db Link (Doc ID 2920075.1)

Symptoms

ORA-00600 [4080] can occur on a local database when inserting data in a remote database via database link in certain scenarios. For the case upon which this note was based, no errors were noted in the remote database corresponding to the ORA-600 [4080] errors in the local database.
