Symptoms

On : 19.5.0.0.0 version, Installation and Upgrade issues

Need assistance to validate the Spatial component on the database.

Datapatch failed due to invalid Spatial component on the database. Need assistance to validate it.

utlrp is completed. SPATIAL is INVALID.
