Symptoms
Clone PDB with Source CDB on 19.10DBRU fails to refresh with ORA-65345
Refreshable Clone PDB operating fine when the source CDB is at Oracle 19.9 or below.
When upgraded the source to 19.10 DBRU or above ( until 19.13 DBRU ), the clone PDB refreshes with latest changes at source PDB as long as the current online redo log is in use.
Once the first log switch occurs post-initial "create pluggable database from " , following error is generated in the target (clone) alert-log:
