Expdp Hangs when Exporting Packages or Procedures (Doc ID 2921111.1)

Symptoms

When exporting PLSQL packages or procedures with comments in code, the expdp is hanging with the following symptoms:

  1. High cpu, because the expdp is spinning and hanging on event "CPU or Wait CPU".
  2. High elapsed time on:
