ODA: About naming for database home (Doc ID 2922198.1)

Goal

When we create a new database home using odacli create-dbhome,
the first one is named dbhome_1.
If we delete this oracle home and create another one of the same version
it is named dbhome_2, even though there is no longer a dbhome_1.
Is it expected behavior ?

Can we create the database home that names dbhome_1 again?
