Symptoms

OUT_OF_PLACE Refresh Method is newly introduced from Oracle Database 12c Release 1 to improve materialized view refresh performance and availability. During Mview Refresh, Interim Tables are created and the Changes are applied to it. Later on, When the Mview refresh Operation is completed, It will get dropped and moved to recyclebin.
