AIX : New 19c(19.3+19.xx RU) Installation fails with Link Errors "ld: 0711-317 ERROR: Undefined symbol: " for Symbols - kcbhxoro & kcbhfho (Doc ID 2926111.1)

Symptoms

New 19c(19.3+19.xx RU) Installation on IBM AIX 7.1/2 (64-Bit) fails during relink phase as shown below-

 

 Install Log shows the following errors -
