Symptoms

mysqldump failing with this error when performing a backup operation using --single-transaction option:

Couldn't execute 'FLUSH TABLES': Access denied; you need (at least one of) the RELOAD or FLUSH_TABLES privilege(s) for this operation (1227)



Changes

MySQL Server (including mysqldump) has been upgrade to 8.0.32
