_EMPTYTOSPACE And _EMPTYTOSPACENULLABLE Parameters Not Working On OGG BigData 21.4

Goal
When receiving message with a column having NULL value, the user wants it to convert to EMPTY value.
User has tried _EMPTYTOSPACE And _EMPTYTOSPACENULLABLE parameters and found that it is not working for REPLICAT on OGG 21.4 BigData adapter.
