Symptoms
You are performing a silent install and planning to use ASM Filter Driver for your disks. The install is failing to complete not able to locate the disks. The same install works fine when using ASMLib instead of ASM Filter Driver. You receive error similar to the following
/u01/app/19.3.0.0/grid_home/gridSetup.sh -silent -responseFile /tmp/azure_grid.rsp
Launching Oracle Grid Infrastructure Setup Wizard...
[FATAL] [INS-30508] Invalid ASM disks.
