Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Planning upgrade Oracle GI and DB to 19c in a 2-node RAC configuration.

This is a RAC database environment.

PLATFORM: HP-UX Itanium B.11.31 (64-bit)

Source GRID/DB Version: 12.2.0.1.0
Target GRID/DB Version: 19.0.0.0.0

Running the Cluvfy is failing with the below errors:
