Patching Grid Postpatch Command Fails with Error: CLSRSC-740: inconsistent options specified to the postpatch command (Doc ID 2930287.1)

Problem Summary

Grid Patching Fails with inconsistent options specified to the postpatch command
  
Problem Description
-------------------------------------
Patching the grid home with patch 34773504 using opatchauto apply -oh $GRID_HOME. << This could be any patch on GI home

Patching finished but when it the crs tried to start, it received this error:            

  c. Then proceed with opatchauto

       When resuming opatchauto the following: 'CLSRSC-739: cannot run the postpatch operation because the prepatch operation did not complete successfully' message was reported.
