Ora-012151 Issue On Standby Database

Symptoms
With Oracle Data Guard,12.1 or higher version, Once the DCD is enabled .
Then 12151 error may be reported by TT0X process as below:

Due to this issue, the TT0X processes stopped transporting redo to standby or cascaded standby sites.
