1.The following errors were reported in alert logs after OS version upgraded

AFDLIB FAIL: failed to get devnum for /dev/asmdisk*****

2.The error comes from multipath devices lost after $GI_HOME/crs/install/rootcrs.sh -updateosfiles executed.

After executing :$GI_HOME/crs/install/rootcrs.sh -updateosfiles , some multipath devices lost from /dev/mapper/

e.g

Before executing $GI_HOME/crs/install/rootcrs.sh -updateosfiles
