Symptoms
In Non CDB environment or PDB of CDB environment, Index Partitions or Sub-Partitions Incorrectly Dropped By The User Without Privilege When Index Partition or Sub-Partition Count Is 1024 Above. The problem can be reproduced by the following simplified test case:
