Symptoms

 Trying to drop a user results in an ORA-600 [kglslod:subheap] error, e.g. from the trace file:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kglslod:subheap], [9], [0x3FF0F3130], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
