Symptoms

Errors like below occur while loading the data using sql loader :

 

Changes

 Data loading is failing frequently after upgrading the database version to 19.17.0.0.0.

 Sometimes it is working without any error,sometimes the load fails with ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kxsFrameSegAllocate()+54] or ORA-07445: [qesdcf_dfb_reset].
