Symptoms
Before a Mammoth upgrade, in the example here before a BDA 4.13 to BDA 5.2 upgrade, bdacheckcluster and bdachecksw report unsatisfied dependencies for a MySQL package. This happens after manually upgrading the MySQL packages on the BDA to something higher than the default. The example here reflects a manual MySQL upgrade to 5.7.27 from 5.7.23 on the cluster being upgraded to BDA 5.2
