CRS fails to startup. The ora.storage resource fails to start as it is unable to mount the OCR diskgroup.

CRS Alert Log shows the below erros:

- There was storage migration done and the OCR was migrated to a new diskgroup.

- Earlier it was on OCRDG diskgroup and now it is on OCRDG_NEW diskgroup.
