Symptoms

While performing 11.2.0.4 SIHA database upgrade to 12.1.0.2 with 19c Grid Infrastructure installed following error is seen :

INS-08106 unexpected error occurred while loading the view 'selectDatabase'


Note that here 19c Grid Infrastructure is installed and active with various versions of database registered in it like 11.2.0.4 / 12.1.0.2 / 19.16.0.0.0
