ORA-29548 Error While Running Java Code or Datapatch In Database (Doc ID 2934546.1)

Oracle Database - Standard Edition - Version and later
Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version to [Release 19]
Information in this document applies to any platform.


One or more of the following symptoms may be present:
1) The Oracle JVM component became invalid after applying or rolling back an OJVM PSU patch to the database
2) Running "select dbms_java.longname('TEST') from dual;" throws one of the following errors.
ORA-29548: Java system class reported: could not identify release specified in classes.bin
ORA-29548: Java system class reported: release of classes.bin in the database does not match that of the oracle executable
ORA-29548: Java system class reported: release of Java system classes in the database ( 1.8) does not match that of the oracle executable ( 1.8)


An OJVM PSU patch was applied or rolled back.
Also OJVM patch applied and post installation was not succeeded.
