ORA-29548 Error While Running Java Code or Datapatch In Database (Doc ID 2934546.1)

Oracle Database - Standard Edition - Version 11.2.0.4 and later
Oracle Database - Enterprise Edition - Version 19.22.0.0.0 to 19.22.0.0.0 [Release 19]

Symptoms

One or more of the following symptoms may be present:
1) The Oracle JVM component became invalid after applying or rolling back an OJVM PSU patch to the database
2) Running "select dbms_java.longname('TEST') from dual;" throws one of the following errors.
ORA-29548: Java system class reported: could not identify release specified in classes.bin
Or
ORA-29548: Java system class reported: release of classes.bin in the database does not match that of the oracle executable
Or
ORA-29548: Java system class reported: release of Java system classes in the database (19.0.0.0.xxxxxx 1.8) does not match that of the oracle executable (19.0.0.0.xxxxxx 1.8)

Changes

An OJVM PSU patch was applied or rolled back.
Also OJVM patch applied and post installation was not succeeded.
