Symptoms
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server version 7.3 (Maipo).
In order to install RAC, and during GI installation phase in silent mode via command line:
runInstaller -silent -force -noconfig -IgnoreSysPreReqs -ignorePrereq -responseFile <Response File> -showProgress
then
1. Execution of root.sh fails with:
4. Docker engine is not in use.
Changes
CPU accounting related service(s) has been disabled and this is not caused by cgroup setting.
