Performance issue with Oracle Gateway for DRDA 19c while retrieving data from IDAA

Performance utilizing DB2 directly is back to BAU and satisfactory. 256M of records processed in 27 minutes.

Performance utilizing IDAA processed 178M records in 27 minutes before killed the connection
