ORA-1461 error happens intermittently in 19c database when executing DML over LOB Column from multiple JDBC client versions, e.g. JDBC 19.6 and JDBC 11.2.0.3.
Call stack shows that error happend during bind value using LONG:

Upgraded partial clients' driver to JDBC 19.6.
