On X7-2 servers running OL7 where the OS was previously migrated from OL6 to OL7, bdachecksw can raise an ERROR like below about the OS disk in slot 0 or slot 1.  For example when the disk in slot 0 has been replaced and configured the error looks like:



An X7-2 server running OL6 is migrated to OL7 and then one of the OS disks is replaced and configured.
