Integrated Replicat Abends due to ORA-3114 and ORA-4031 for Streams Pool Appears in Alert.log of Oracle Database

Symptoms
Integrated Replicat abends due to ORA-3114 and below errors appear in ggserr.log.

ERROR OGG-00664 Oracle GoldenGate Delivery for Oracle, <Replicat>.prm: OCI Error ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE (status = 3114- Sending data database inbound server, 'OGG$<Replicat>').
INFO OGG-02932 Oracle GoldenGate Delivery for Oracle, <Replicat>.prm: Reading <Trail File>, current SEQNO xxx, RBA xxx,xxx,xxx, xx,xxx,xxx records, m_file_seqno = xxx, m_file_rba = xxx,xxx,xxx.
ERROR OGG-01668 Oracle GoldenGate Delivery for Oracle, <Replicat>.prm: PROCESS ABENDING.

In alert.log of Oracle Database, ORA-4031 is recoeded against streams pool but free memory still remains in streams pool.

Changes
This problem may happen when following all conditions are satisfied.
- Target Database is Oracle, and DBRU 19.12.0 - 19.15.0 or DBRU 21.3.0 - 21.7.0 are applied.
- Replicat is configured as Integrated Replicat.
- ORA-4031 for streams pool happens on Database.
