UDT: Wrong Result When Retrieving At Least 1 Row With NULL Value In UDT Column

Symptoms
When the query is executed through ODPU on UDTs and if one of the rows contains a NULL UDT, Then the resultset contains incorrect results.
When the query changes or FetchSize changes, incorrect results still occur though it. Nonetheless, it's still an incorrect result. When the NULL UDT is deleted from the table, the subsequent SELECT returns correct results. When the NULL UDT is added back, the incorrect result occurs again.
This issue was reproduced with ODPU 19c and lower versions like 18c, 12.2.

If any of row in the resultset includes a NULL column.
