SQL Node Does Not Finish Starting After Restoring Data Using ndb_restore Command (Doc ID 2939935.1)

Symptoms

After restarting data onto initialized NDB cluster using ndb_restore command, SQL nodes can fail to start, and the following messages are repeatedly written to the error log:

 The number in the value of the duplicated entry, 9 in 'ndbcluster-9' in this case, varies.

Changes

 The problem happens after restoring data using ndb_restore command on 8.0 series, 8.0.32 or older.
