Symptoms
In RAC ADG environment with BCT enabled for backup job, standby database instance crashed with ORA-00600 [krcccb_busy] which appears after message
'MRP has not responded for more than 30 seconds. Possible that primary not shipping logs, check log_archive_dest_state params on primary.'
