Symptoms


Unable to create a test outbound server.
A SQL exception has occurred. The SQL error code is '26931'. The SQL state is: HY000. The error message is:
[CDC][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-26931: This procedure can only be invoked from the root container.
