Symptoms

Applied 19.16 patch on DB home. Patching on DB home level was successful.

Datapatch failing due to invalid objects. Found Oracle OLAP API comonent in PDB is invalid.

Tried to execute utlrp.sql , but it was not successful.

SQL> select comp_name, version, status from dba_registry;

COMP_NAME
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
VERSION STATUS
------------------------------ ---------------------------------

Oracle OLAP API
19.0.0.0.0 INVALID

OLAP Catalog
11.2.0.3.0 OPTION OFF
