ORA-07445 Kghfre() [Address Not Mapped To Object] (Doc ID 2948772.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.13.0.0.0 version,

[Address not mapped to object]

select from a view (with materialize hint), they got disconnect from their session, and ORA-07445 kghfre() showed up in alert log. This database just recently upgraded from 12.2 to 19.13. I 

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kghfre()+468] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:xxxxxxxx] [PC:xxxxxxxxxxx] [Address not mapped to object] []
