Symptoms

Patching ODA to from 19.11 to 19.15, when patching DB HOME via create-prepatchreport --dbhome xx, but always stuck at step: Evaluate DBHome patching with RHP.

 

 

run following command manually also show stuck phenomenon :

 /tmp/InstallActions2023-04-18_02-56-08PM/CVU_19.0.0.0.0_oracle/exectask.sh -rungencmd /usr/bin/nslookup unknown-not-reachable-node           

Changes

 Patching ODA DB home to from 19.11 to 19.15
