RAC Instance Startup issue.

Problem Description

Starting 4-node administrator-managed RAC DB using srvctl fails with the below error. Starting using sqlplus and the same spfile as srvctl config does startup successfully. Instance 2 does come up using srvctl, the other three have the same issue. Looking in the given crsd_oraagent_oracle.trc file did not find anything helpful, neither did strace.

CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.xxxxxx.db start" encountered the following error:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
