Spatial Invalid on Failed Datapatch Run Due to Invalid Semantic Objects (Doc ID 2949483.1)

Symptoms

SDO is invalid prior to post-patch installation execution of datapatch which fails with below message .

ALM : SDO [INVALID]
Installing patches...
Patch installation complete. Total patches installed: 3
Validating logfiles...done

Patch 32876380 rollback: SUCCESS
  logfile: .....log (no errors)
Patch 33829175 apply: WITH ERRORS
  logfile: ....log (errors)
  -> Error at line 164941: script md/admin/catmdlocj.sql
  - ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception:
  - oracle.aurora.server.tools.loadjava.ToolsError:
  - Error during loadjava: Failures occurred during processing.
