The PREFETCH Precompiler's Option Does Not Work With Dynamic SQL On Pro*C/C++.

Using $ORACLE_HOME/precomp/demo/proc/sample10.pc as the sample of Dynamic SQL Method 4, you can confirm.

However, Fetch must not be 57 but 3. Because PREFETCH=50.
