When storage option is specified in sub-partition template clause while creating the table the ORA-22877 error is expected

When we update the sub-partition template is executed fine and reflected in ALL_SUBPARTITION_TEMPLATES Views as well

but it didn't take any effect on data segment and but it's taking effect on LOB segment and not hitting error ORA-22877 invalid option specified.
