ORA-31934 Error May Report In The Database Alertlog While MATERIALIZED VIEW/MView Refresh (Doc ID 2950215.1)

Database alertlog may report below error during Materialized View (MView) refresh.

The shrink-mv log which runs optionally at the end of mv refresh can fail due to errors unrelated to refresh.

If so, Oracle do not want the refresh itself to fail. So, Oracle catch this errors that occur in that phase and prevent the refresh from failing.

MView refresh works fine though error reports in the alertlog (or) Mview refresh may reports the error in the alertlog.
